How are you feeling?

Do you sometimes feel down & really sad for no apparent reason?

Like life has little meaning or hope?

How does being gay make you feel about yourself?

Does it feel good?  Does it feel bad? Do you think you wanna talk about it?

There are avenues out there for you to talk about how you feel about yourself, about other people, or about things in general.

Some people find that it’s useful for them to talk to someone in confidence about the things on their mind.  Sometimes, the person listening to you may even be able to help.
